This is located at 51 Xirongxian Hutong in Xicheng District. Duke Ju was a great grandson of Mianxun,Beizi Puju.

The residence was the new house built by Beizi Mianxun in 1869, the 8th year of Emperor Tongzhi’s reign, after he moved from his previous home at Kuanjie south of Andingmen. This is a fairly completely preserved residence of a beizi.
